How it works

Outbound, fully managed.

We build the system, run it every day and improve it every week. You get meetings on your calendar and a live view of everything behind them.

  • Email + LinkedIn
  • No account managers
  • Everything in your name

Targeting

We decide who hears from you — and when.

We read your closed-won deals, find the moments that came just before them, and watch your market for those moments every day.

  • An ICP built from your best customers, not a guess
  • Signals: funding, hiring, job changes, tech moves, launches
  • Waterfall enrichment across several data providers
  • Every address verified before it’s used

Email

Email that lands, and reads like it was meant for them.

Every sequence opens with the reason we’re writing. Short, specific, and sent from infrastructure we test every week.

  • Dedicated, warmed sending domains — your main domain is never touched
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC on every domain
  • Inbox-placement tests every week
  • A/B tests on angle, hook and call to action

Hi {{first_name}},

Congrats on the round. Most teams at your stage hire two SDRs next and spend a quarter ramping them.

We set up outbound that finds buyers the week they start looking — worth 15 minutes before you open the reqs?

  1. Names the signal. The reason we’re writing, in the first line.
  2. One problem. In their terms, not a feature list.
  3. A small ask. A question, not a calendar link.

LinkedIn

LinkedIn, in step with the email.

One sequence across both channels, so buyers see a familiar name before the second email lands.

  • Profile visits and connection requests timed to the email
  • Messages that reference the same signal
  • Safe daily limits on every sender profile
  • Replies from both channels in one place

CRM & reporting

Every reply in your CRM. Every number on a dashboard.

No spreadsheets, no monthly PDF. Qualified replies arrive in your CRM tagged, with the signal that started the conversation.

  • Sync with HubSpot, Pipedrive or Attio
  • Replies tagged — interested, referral, not now — and answered within the working day
  • A live dashboard from day one
  • A weekly written update and a monthly strategy review

FIG. 06 — The alternatives

Hire, outsource, or GetRevenue.

Three ways to get outbound running. Here’s how they compare on the things that decide whether it works.

Fit

We’re not for everyone.

Outbound works when there’s a market to reach and a team ready for the meetings. If that isn’t you yet, we’ll say so on the first call.

Pass

A strong fit if you

  • Sell B2B, at a deal size that justifies a sales conversation
  • Have closed-won deals we can learn signals from
  • Have someone ready to take the meetings we book
  • Want a channel that compounds, not a one-off campaign

Not yet

Probably not if you

  • Haven’t found product-market fit yet
  • Have a total market of a few hundred accounts
  • Want lists by the thousand, blasted weekly
  • Need meetings guaranteed in writing

FIG. 07 — Working together

From first call to first meeting.

Three steps to live campaigns, then a weekly rhythm of running and improving them. We start warming your domains on day one, so they’re never the bottleneck.

  1. Step 01

    Strategy call

Your market, your recent deals and where outbound could help. We’ll tell you if it won’t.

    Takes30 minutes

  2. Step 02

    A written plan

The signals we’d watch, the channels, volume, timeline and cost — in writing, before you commit to anything.

    ArrivesTwo days

  3. Step 03

    Build and launch

Domains and mailboxes opened in your name, warm-up from day one, then signals, data and copy.

    First sendsAround day 21

  4. Then

    Run and improve

Weekly updates, monthly reviews and new plays every month. You take the meetings.

FAQ

Before you book.

The questions that come up on most strategy calls. Something else? Ask us on the call, or email hello@getrevenue.tech.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Three months. Outbound needs a few cycles of testing before it settles into a reliable channel, so we plan the first stretch around that.

What do you need from us?

A kickoff call, access to your CRM, a list of recent wins and 30 minutes a week. We handle the rest, from domains and mailboxes to data, copy and replies.

Can you work with our tools?

Yes. We plug into HubSpot, Pipedrive or Attio and whichever calendar your team books from. If you already pay for Clay, Smartlead, Instantly or lemlist, we build inside your accounts.

What happens to everything if we stop?

You keep it. Domains, mailboxes, lists, Clay tables and sequences are opened in your name from day one, so there is nothing to hand back.

  Next step

See what this looks like for your market.

Thirty minutes. We’ll look at your market and tell you honestly whether outbound will work for you — and where we’d start.
